• We accept returns/exchange within 02 days from the date of delivery, depending on your location and local regulations.
• To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
• Items purchased during a promotional sale or clearance event may have different return conditions. Please refer to the specific promotion details for more information.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Go to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
c. Click on the “Return Items” button and follow the on-screen instructions.
d. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging only and hand over our Courier Partner.

3. Refunds and Processing Time

• Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 3-4 business days for us to inspect and process the return.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

Customers can place request to exchange the product withing 02 days of delivery .

6. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized/customized items are not eligible for returns/exchange.
